Some Android manufacturers (Samsung, Xiaomi, OnePlus, Huawei) aggressively kill background apps to save battery, which prevents AlarmManager from firing reminders on time. Add Life Reminders to the battery optimization exclusion list:
iOS Settings → Your Plan → "Restore Purchases." Use the same Apple ID as the original purchase.

Pro is Family Sharing compatible on both platforms — family members on the same Apple Family or Google Play Family can install Life Reminders for free and they'll automatically inherit Pro on their own devices.

Life Reminders Pro on iOS uses iCloud to sync your reminders across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. Add a reminder on your iPhone, complete it on your Mac, check it on your Watch — all in real-time. Each device schedules its own local notifications, so you'll get alerts wherever you are.
Not yet. Sync between Android devices and the Android ↔ iOS bridge are both planned for version 1.1 via an optional Google Drive integration. For now, your Android reminders live only on the device where you created them. On iOS, sync is available for Apple Pro users.
You can install Life Reminders on both, but until v1.1 ships cross-platform sync, you'll need to manage reminders separately on each device. Both apps have the same 60+ categories and the same voice input, so the experience is consistent — only the data is per-device for now.
iOS No. Voice runs entirely on-device via Apple's SFSpeechRecognizer.
Android On Android 12 and newer (Pixel, modern Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.), voice runs entirely on-device — your audio never leaves your phone. On Android 8–11, the app requests offline-preferred recognition but the device may fall back to Google's cloud speech service if the on-device model isn't available.
Life Reminders auto-detects your storefront region from your phone's locale settings. To switch regions:
iOS Settings → General → Language & Region → Region → pick your target country.
Android Settings → System → Languages & input → Languages → add a language for your target region (e.g., English (India)) and drag it to the top.
Region-specific categories appear automatically: PAN Card / Aadhaar / PUC for India, MOT / TV Licence for the UK, TÜV for Germany, Contrôle Technique / Ramonage for France, COE for Singapore, Smog Check / FSA Funds for the US.
